The first step is to capture a 3D scan. We recommend the LaserCAM VPS 3D scanner.

It's open-loop. It's accurate, repeatable and limits costly remakes. It's hands-free. It can capture in both NWB and WB. It captures in full per-vertex colour. It's the perfect clinical scanner.

We have distributed many scanners over the past decade and simply put nothing has comes close.

Generate Prescription

The next step is to generate a digital prescription.

You can generate a prescription for EVA, polypropylene or 3D printed orthoses.

Submit to Cloud

Now you're ready to submit your 3D scans and digital prescription.

Be sure to contact your preferred Machining Centre for configuration files.

Orthosis Model Generated

Next, orthoses are modelled and an STL file is generated for 3D printing.

Most Machining Partners even provide a discount if you design your own orthoses!

We recommend SLS printing methods if you are considering acquiring additive manufacturing hardware.
